Marketing Writer
Key Responsibilities
Management and maintenance of marketing content pipeline
Research online in preparation for writing new collateral
Write, edit and coordinate the creation of the company marketing collateral (whitepapers, cases studies, emails, landing pages etc.)

Director of Customer Experience
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers are successfully using the ClickTale product by working with customers to understand business objectives and recommend activities to achieve those goals
Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as a point of escalation for the CXC Team as needed
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Client Services, Product, and Customer Support to provide services required to meet customer program expectations
Manage regular account reviews with the team internally for customers and provide strategies to provide value from ClickTale services
